It may be that a foreign object has blocked the drain pump. Locate the pump cover at the base of the machine. Drain water using pipe (if fitted) or by loosening cap slightly. Fully unscrew the cover and remove any obstructions. If nothing can be found there check the drain hose and your waste system for blockages etc. | | |
